Tess Mon Pere is a 18-year-old singer from Fresno, California. Being from a town surrounded by farmland, breaking into the music industry has been incredibly difficult. The extent of her music career before the signing as a West Avenue Records artist went as far as performing in local theater productions and singing at fundraiser events.
